Product licensing arrangements can cover product development, manufacturing, sales and distribution or a combination of all four.  We offer assistance with all aspects of product licensing, whether acting for licensor or licensee.   Especially once a new product has been developed, having an appropriate license arrangement in place not only helps maximise commercial advantage from the product license arrangement but is also crucial in helping ensure that licensed rights are properly retained, protected and controlled.  

We will help in the early stages to identify key risks and objectives, draft or review the documentation for the licence (whether it be for a bespoke project or a multi-license roll out arrangement) and then assist with negotiation, providing support and strategic advice throughout.  We take a commercial approach and have particular experience in working with start-up organisations.
