Discrimination claims can be a real problem for employers, taking up valuable time and exposing you to considerable financial risk.

We can review your policies, procedures and remuneration packages (as well as providing in-house training) so as to help you reduce the risk of discrimination or equal pay claims being brought and to help limit the risk of any such claims succeeding.

Where claims are made, we will assist you in resolving them through the use of internal procedures or mediation wherever possible, and in the event that a claim is actually issued we will handle the proceedings, advising and guiding you through each step of the process.
