Matters relating to children are often the most sensitive and emotional issues to deal with. We have substantial experience in dealing with the range of issues that may arise regarding the day to day care of your children ranging from where they are to live to the school they are to attend.

As members of resolution, we aim to assist parents to settle any issues that arise upon separation with the best interests of their children at the forefront of their actions; however unfortunately this is not always possible. Chris also works alongside charities and institutions that assist parents dealing with children issues upon separation and therefore has a unique offering to the client to guide them through this difficult time.

There are various options available to those looking to deal with children matters as an alternative to Court proceedings, such as Mediation and Collaborative Law. These options do necessitate an element of compromise and co-operation between the parties.
