We understand that there may be reasons that you would not wish to take the steps to end your marriage or civil partnership upon separation.

Separation Agreements (or separation deeds) can be used to formalise arrangements relating to financial and/ or children matters until such time as one party then wishes to formally end the marriage or civil partnership.
