| Background: | Damian graduated from Sheffield University in 1993. After completing his training at DLA in Manchester in 1997 he moved to Halliwells, then joined Berg Legal in 2003. Damian is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association. He is an exponent of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation in appropriate circumstances. | |||
