| Background: | Sydney qualified as a lawyer in 1986 and trained at Livingstones before joining Alsop Wilkinson, now DLA, where he helped to establish the insolvency department. He has been a litigator throughout this period. He is also a qualified mediator and a member of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association and the Turnaround Management Association. |
