Six-figure pay-out for director

A director who had been engaged by a major retailer for approximately 30 years was sacked following a series of allegations concerning his business practices and his conduct whilst on buying trips.  The director was also suffering from ill health.  Berg successfully mediated with the company and secured a six-figure severance package for the director.
