Following on-going advice in general matters to
Photolink Creative Group, Berg was pleased to advise the Manchester business on their first acquisition in its 36-year history.
In a transaction for an undisclosed amount, the photographic services agency based in Ardwick, Manchester has snapped-up London-based Hungry Tiger. The move will take group turnover from £13m to more than £16m and add 55 staff to the 85 already working in Manchester.
Stephen Foster, Head of Corporate and Commercial at Berg said "We are always happy to promote local business and support the growth of the Manchester economy. The continuing success of
Photolink and completion of last week’s transactions illustrate the confidence we can have in solid business foundations. Berg looks forward to continuing to work with and advise Photolink as they progress."
Photolink clients include retailers such as John Lewis, Regis Salons, Tesco, Littlewoods, Homebase and Kitbag. The Manchester company is now the country’s biggest supplier of photography and branding
material to the multi-channel retail sector and can now add Hungry Tiger’s clients M&S, Whistles, Monsoon and Accessorize to its portfolio.
