Berg have just played an instrumental part in the purchase of a warehouse premises at 40 Chorlton Street on the corner of Canal Street in Manchester City Centre.
The warehouse was bought by Cringle Corporation Limited, as a development opportunity for redevelopment and refurbishment.
The warehouse could be extended to 21,200 sq ft by an infill to the fourth floor and constructing an additional fifth storey. The property was formerly home to Mash & Air restaurant and Jongleurs Comedy Club.
