In October 2014 we look back on the FCA led review and how matters have transpired.  We take a look at the ability of bank customers to appeal redress decisions.  We also consider what is happening with consequential loss claims and the most up-to-date
FCA statistics on consequential losses.  Now that the review process is completed, we also consider what issues there are for some of the banks as we head into 2015.

As always, Berg’s website has the most up-to-date news on Banking issues.  Berg’s

banking litigation and financial dispute
team are happy to discuss banking issues with you, including LIBOR and FOREX rigging claims.
