- Representing a technology company in respect of a dispute with one of its shareholders preventing a potential new rights issue and achieving a negotiated resolution between the parties.
- Working as part of a team to submit evidence to the Treasury Select Committee regarding it’s enquires into the state of SME lending.
- Acting on behalf of a business in respect of a high value Sale of Goods Act claim and breach of warranty claim.
